WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
This hybrid position will produce PWB.
Operator role:
- Achieving quality and production goals.
Technician role:
- Conducting preventative maintenance and troubleshooting machine issues during production.
- Communicating downtime and quality concerns to SMT Leadership and PEIII Group.

HOW YOU WILL QUALIFY:
- Maintenance skills with basic hand tools and change over processes.
- Strong independent skills to assess quality issues and machine issues and make solid snap decisions.
- Adept time management skills to keep multiple machines producing to keep on production targets.
- Strong understanding of C.Core inventory processes.
- Ability to lift up to [50] lbs regularly
- Preferred Electronics manufacturing background.
- Preferred but not required IPC 610 certification.
- Preferred but not required LOTO certified.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Frequently required to work in confined spaces under and within production equipment.
- Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and kneeling.
- Must be able to safely position body to reach all equipment access points.
- Required to work overtime (unplanned and unscheduled) to meet customer deadlines and requirements.
HAZARDS:
- While performing the job the position is frequently exposed to moving or mechanical parts.
- Moderate noise levels with specific areas required to wear hearing protection.
