Job Overview
Join our vibrant team as a Pickleball Attendant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create an exciting and welcoming environment for players of all ages and skill levels. In this dynamic role, you will oversee the smooth operation of pickleball courts, ensure guest safety, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your energy and proactive approach will help foster a fun, inclusive atmosphere that encourages active lifestyles and community engagement. This paid position offers an opportunity to combine your passion for sports, hospitality, and guest services into a rewarding experience.

Duties

Greet guests warmly, provide information about pickleball activities, and assist with court reservations and scheduling
Must have basic knowledge of the game and know how to play the game.
Monitor court usage to ensure safety protocols are followed and resolve any conflicts or disputes promptly
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the courts and surrounding areas to ensure a safe playing environment
Enforce facility rules and policies to promote respectful play and positive guest interactions
Assist with event management for tournaments, clinics, or special pickleball events to enhance guest engagement
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, offering guidance on game rules, and ensuring a memorable experienceRequirements
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event management preferred
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle disputes professionally and calmly
Experience working with children or in youth sports programs is a plus
Lifeguard certification or lifeguard experience is desirable due to safety responsibilities around active courts
Excellent communication skills for public speaking engagements or providing instructions to guests
Background in food service or hospitality environments beneficial for guest interactions and concessions management
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings in a lively resort or recreational setting
