Senior Tax Associate | Dublin, Ohio | Hybrid | CPA Firm

Not everyone in public accounting wants to become a Partner.

But almost everyone wants to know they have the option.

That is what stood out to me about this firm.

They are growing, they trust people with responsibility early, and if Partnership is something you want one day, nobody is going to tell you to come back in ten years.

From day one, you'll have your own clients, plenty of autonomy, and Partners who are happy to involve you rather than keep everything at arm's length.

It is a collaborative firm without making a big song and dance about culture. People help each other out because that is just how they work.

Hybrid working is part of everyday life, and they care far more about the work getting done than where you happen to be sitting.

They are open to people from Big Four firms or smaller local practices. CPA or EA is great if you have it, but it is not a deal breaker.
