About Ohio Processors:

Ohio Processors, Inc. is a food manufacture that produces dairy products. OP is located in London, OH (25 miles west of Columbus) and has been manufacturing dairy products since 1974. OP is a Safe Quality Foods (SQF) certified manufacturing facility.

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Food Processor. In this role, you will be responsible for mixing ingredients, including handling 55-pound dry powders, to produce product batches. Duties also include receiving bulk ingredients from tankers, starting up processing equipment, and performing thorough cleanup procedures.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining our high standards for product quality and safety. The ideal candidate will be capable of understanding and executing complex processes, working independently, and effectively managing time to support daily production goals.

This role requires an early start time of 12:00 a.m. (midnight), as you will be responsible for being the first team member onsite to ensure production batches are prepared for the day.

Monday-Thursday (12 a.m.-10 p.m.)

Responsibilities/Requirements

Handle Sanitation chemicals (with proper PPE’s)
Disassemble and reassemble machinery/equipment for cleaning purposes
Handle steam hose for cleaning of equipment and facility
Operate equipment used to mix and process equipment (mixing tanks, pumps, pasteurizers, filling equipment, etc.)
Perform and oversee the proper processing and sanitation sanitation procedures
Startup equipment/machinery for daily production/processing requirements
Ensure the safe use of equipment
Fulfill daily/weekly/monthly production and quality documentation
Be able to lift 55 lbs
Be able to climb ladders
Perform other duties as assigned
Willing and able to operate forklifts (training can be provided)
Adhere to regulatory guidelines and follow all company policies to ensure that safe and quality food is being produced
