The Little Gym of Polaris is a small business with less than 15 employees in Columbus, OH. We are supportive, rewarding, fast-paced and our goal is to provide career track positions!
We are seeking 1-2 new teams member for year round employment;
AVAILABILITY IS A MUST!!!
- available Thursdays afternoons from 2:00-3:30pm for weekly staff meeting
- available for weekly Sunday shift from 10:00am- 3:00pm every week
- Tuesdays 5-9p
Great for people who love to move, be around people and children and making a difference everyday!
Expectations: to work weekly! Teach children aged 10 months-11 gymnastics skills with our proven positive reinforcement program. Clean facility; host one birthday party a month & be a good team member!

What we expect from our Lead Instructors..
* The person in this position spends approximately 60% of their time teaching very day, with the balance of their time devoted to day-to-day operations and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day.
* Primary responsibilities are as follows:
- Know and understand The Little Gym philosophy and program. Communicate information correctly, clearly, and professionally to parents.
- Assist in training of instructors, while building and maintaining enrollment.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by The Gym Director and/or Owner.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
