The business delivers projects across healthcare, education (K-12 and higher ed), municipal, and commercial sectors, with a strong reputation for culture, long employee tenure, and promoting from within.

Job Description

Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
Coordinate field teams and ensure on-site execution standards
Oversee reporting, compliance, and quality control processes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

5+ years Project Manager experience with a general contractor
Consistent 2-3 year tenures with clear career progression
Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills
Comfortable working 50/50 between site and office
Tech-savvy; exposure to PM systems (e.g., Viewpoint) preferred
