Postion Purpose:
Responsible for project installation from start to finish. Ensures that assigned installation functions are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures, that customer service, quality, productivity, and safety standards are met or exceeded, and that related testing, reporting and documentation is timely, accurate, and complete. Performs the duties of Lead Technician if needed or no one assigned.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Take care of and communicate with the customer.
2. Quality and appearance of installed work meets or exceeds customer and company expectations.
3. Manage Materials, Tools, Equipment, and assigned manpower from kickoff through completion. Plan assigned projects including two-week look ahead to promote efficient resource utilization (90 % minimum required).
4. Record Keeping: Accurate reporting of job status, records and changes 100%.
5. Full ownership as evidenced by seeing overall project from planning stages through completion with an attention to quality, customer’s expectation and sense of urgency.
Essential Job Functions and Basic Duties:
1. Organizes, schedules, assigns, performs, & prioritizes work activities on a Daily, Weekly, and two-week look basis for assigned project team (Foreman, Lead Technician, Installer II and Installer I, as applicable).
2. Verifies the correct materials / parts are on the project to match specifications and notifies management of additional materials / parts requirements well in advance of the planned date of installation.
3. Ensures that necessary equipment and manpower Ensures that necessary equipment and manpower on the jobsite is properly maintained and utilized as required and is also coordinated with the field operations management.
4. Ensure that all on site project work follows established company policy and quality, customer, productivity, and safety procedures.
5. Completes related paperwork, reports, and support functions.
6. Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining good communications, coordination, and working relations with the customer and company personnel.
7. Assists and supports other Foreman and Project Management personnel as needed. Assists the field operations management team in evaluating the progress and performance of Lead Technicians, Installer II, and Installer I personnel. Provides suggestions for improved performances.
8. Keeps the Project Manager informed of all areas of project activities and of any significant concerns. Identifies problems and provides suggestions.
9. Keeps the Customer informed in accordance with company standards or client requests as directed by manager.
10. Attends meeting regularly as required.
11. Assumes responsibility for ensuring that field operations & installation functions are conducted in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
12. Follows and ensures that project team follows established Field Operations procedures and instructions.
13. Follows and ensures that project team follows quality and safety standards.
14. Ensures that deadlines are met.
15. Ensures that the work area is clean, secure, and well-maintained.
16. Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
17. Completes and updates weekly project reports.
18. Completes special projects as assigned.
19. Assists in other areas as needed.
20. Performs the duties of Lead Technician as needed.
Qualifications:
1. High-School Diploma (or equivalent)
2. BICSI Certifications
3. Advanced understanding and knowledge of the SCS installation process.
4. Experience of 10 years.

Working Conditions:
Must work under hazardous conditions including high places, exposure to electrical current,and moving machinery. Worker may be subject to other construction and client site hazards and required to work with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Must be willing to pass a Pre-Employment Urinalysis.
