Full Job Description

Job Summary
Kennex Fiber, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fiber Splicers / Testers to join our team for large-scale, high-count ribbon fiber projects. We are looking for an experienced professional who takes pride in their work and is capable of handling high-density splicing from 1728 to 6912 count fibers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated splicer to engage in challenging and rewarding work.

What You'll Do:

Perform high-quality ribbon fiber splicing on high-count cables (1728ct, 6912ct, and larger).
Conduct thorough testing and documentation using EXFO OLTS and Fluke testing equipment.
Work independently and efficiently to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment at all times.
Collaborate with our project management team to ensure successful project completion.
Represent our company with professionalism and a commitment to excellence.

Must-Have Experience & Qualifications:

Proven experience with high-count and high-density ribbon fiber splicing is essential.
Proficiency in using EXFO OLTS and Fluke testing equipment for fiber characterization.
Current OSHA 10 certification is required.
Ability to travel and work out of town for extended periods as project demands.
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
