Essential Skills

Account Manager

Experience: 4–7 years of Account Management or Professional Services experience with a track record of meeting annual quotas.
Track record of identifying and closing upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Relationship Management: Experience handling complex client situations, including delivery roadblocks, while maintaining trust.
Ability to articulate value propositions and lead client discussions effectively.
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills across technical and business audiences.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of software architectures (Composable, Headless, or MACH) and ability to discuss technical concepts with engineering teams.
Comfort working remotely or managing your own schedule
Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities
Performs tasks with little supervision and is self-motivated and self-directed

Account Executive

All of the above + 4–7 years of Enterprise SaaS or Professional Services sales experience with a track record of meeting annual quotas.
Experience closing multi-year contracts with large organizations.
Pipeline Development: Ability to build a pipeline through account mapping and partner ecosystems.

Preferred Skills

Account Manager

Industry Background: Experience in Digital Commerce or Retail Technology.
Consulting Experience: Background in consulting or partner-led environments.

Account Executive

All of the above + AI Tool Integration: Interest in using AI tools to manage workflows and sales tasks.
Professional Network: Existing relationships within the Composable/SaaS partner ecosystem or the Retail industry.
