Full Job Description

Processor (In Office)

Columbus, Ohio

LandSel Title Agency is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, organized, detail-oriented Processor to join our Columbus team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping transactions moving, working collaboratively, and providing outstanding service behind the scenes to ensure every closing is successful.

Responsibilities

Open and process title orders
Review contracts and supporting documentation
Order payoffs, surveys, HOA information, and other required items
Communicate with clients, Realtors, lenders, and internal team members
Prepare files for closing
Maintain accuracy while managing multiple deadlines

Qualifications

Minimum of two years title processing experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
