Overview

We're looking for an experienced marketing professional to manage our multifamily property marketing strategy and execution across our 1,000+ unit portfolio. This role will implement all property and corporate marketing initiatives while working directly with senior leadership to drive growth and enhance our brand presence in the market.

About the Company:

We are an owner-operator of Multifamily properties and is building its internal team. We expect to continue our growth trajectory by developing strong operations. We currently own and manage more than 1,000 units and are preparing to support further growth.

We are passionate about getting things done, seeking the truth, and improving our tenants' living quality. We value developing long-term relationships based on candidness, creating a happy environment by treating everyone well, and a passion for continuing self-improvement.

Responsibilities

- Create or adjust logos, signage, pictures, videos, 3D tours, neighborhood maps, floorplans, and content

- Develop our institutional visual identity and continuously improve to follow industry trends

- Develop, standardize, and control the collateral for all properties, including tour packs, move-in gifts, business cards, QR codes

- Create recurring processes to ensure marketing materials remain current and effective

Digital Presence:

- Create, update, and maintain property and corporate websites

- Research and implement platforms that better sync with our property management system

- Manage Google Business Profile, Apple Business, and social media presence for all properties

- Serve as the brand guardian for all assets and work directly with property managers

- Implement and manage SEO strategies for both properties and corporate presence

Reputation Management:

- Monitor and manage online reviews across platforms (Google, Yelp, Apartments.com, Zillow, etc.)

- Work in tandem with our reputation management partner (JTurner) to coordinate response strategies

- Analyze review trends and feedback to identify operational improvement opportunities

- Develop and implement strategies to increase positive review volume

- Provide regular reporting on reputation metrics across the portfolio

Lead Generation & Performance:

- Track efficiency of current lead-generation initiatives and optimize campaigns weekly

- Research and engage potential new marketing partners

- Prepare KPI reports from the management system

- Calibrate lead generation strategies to each property's distinct needs

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

- Follow up on managers' biweekly/weekly competitive analysis reports

- Compare policies, amenities, and marketing initiatives with competitors

- Visit competitor properties at least quarterly and maintain up-to-date records

- Identify product development opportunities and support proper pricing strategies

Leasing Support:

- Manage centralized leasing team and AI auto-responding services

- Control and optimize KPIs related to lead conversion

- Implement automation to improve efficiency and reduce lead-generation costs

Budget Management:

- Manage property and corporate marketing budgets

- Allocate resources effectively across the portfolio

- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and increase property value

Success Metrics

Success in this role will be measured by:

- Lead generation efficiency and cost per lease

- Reputation improvement

- Marketing budget optimization and ROI

- Quality and consistency of property/corporate branding

- Website traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics

Skills

- Proven marketing experience, with focus on advertising and product management

- Strong budgeting skills and ability to allocate resources effectively

- Proficiency in WordPress, Wix, HTML5, SEO, and other website platforms and digital marketing tools

- Experience with real estate marketing; multifamily experience is a plus

- Excellent copywriting skills to create compelling content

- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and other design software

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration

- Resourcefulness and exceptional organizational skills

- Travel required to properties, competitor sites, and for acquisition support (primarily regional)
