Position Summary

As a Sensorimotor Coach, you will work directly with 1-2 neurodivergent children each hour implementing a structured brain-body program designed to stimulate neurological development, improve focus, behavior, coordination, and cognitive performance.

This is a hands-on, movement-based coaching role where your ability to bring energy, consistency, and precision directly impacts program results and families’ lives.

Brain Balance is a multisensory multimodal neuro-rehabilitation program for kids and adults with ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, Dyslexia, Autism, and other neurodevelopmental or neurodivergent conditions.

Our process is revolutionary and different from traditional/conventional therapies - allowing kids to experience breakthroughs they have never experienced before.

Who This Is For

This role is for someone who is high-energy, coachable, and thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment where performance matters.

This is not for someone looking for a slow-paced, low-accountability role or someone who needs constant direction to execute.

What You’ll Actually Do

- Lead 1:1 and 2:1 sensorimotor sessions with children

- Execute structured exercise protocols with consistency and attention to detail

- Maintain high energy and engagement across multiple sessions per day

- Track session completion and program adherence

- Communicate clearly with parents on progress and expectations

- Support overall clinic flow and patient experience

- Consistent execution of protocols without shortcuts

Education & Experience

High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree or in progress preferable.
Experience working with children and teens
