The City of Dublin is hiring a 1st shift Maintenance Worker for the GoDublin crew in the Division of Public Service. Successful candidates must be available to work Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm, as well as nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
Per the USW collective bargaining agreement, preference will be given to qualified bargaining unit employees.
Primary Focus:
Working alone or as part of a crew, this position performs a wide range of unskilled and semiskilled maintenance and repair tasks utilizing specialized hand tools, various types of motorized vehicles, and specialized mechanical and electronic equipment. Activities performed require working outside in all weather conditions, performing light to heavy manual labor and maintenance work.
