Turn extraordinary client outcomes into high-performing, compelling, story-based social advertising

Your Responsibilities

Story Mining

Attend “Grand Rounds” every two weeks where our specialists review amazing client outcomes. These are usually related to new movements and mental clarity and cognitive gains. Determine key stories and social ads out of these outcomes.
Follow a basic story arc of pain point -> NeuroAnimation - > incredible gain ->emotional turning point.
Find stories before anyone else sees them.
Develop relationships with clients and their family members on the floor directly to identify the moments that matter.

Creative Direction-

Report and work directly with the Chief Branding/Growth Officer-ensuring messaging is cohesive and on target

Develop compelling concepts for social advertising.
Write powerful hooks that stop people from scrolling.
Build emotional story arcs.
Create multiple variations of every campaign.

Interview Direction

Conduct and direct client interviews.
Know which questions uncover authentic emotion.
Capture the moments people remember.

Video Production

Plan, direct, and capture cinematic footage that brings our clients' stories to life.
Operate professional cinema cameras and equipment with confidence.
Identify and capture the B-roll, environmental shots, close-ups, and emotional moments that transform a good interview into a compelling social media ad.
Work with the production team to capture authentic moments on and off camera.
Direct clients and family members on camera to create authentic, emotionally engaging footage.

Editing

Edit short-form content for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Optimize pacing.
Create captions.
Select music.
Build curiosity.
Maintain high retention.

Experience with Premiere Pro or Final Cut (or tool of your choice)
Strong understanding of Meta (FB & Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube
Ability to work quickly and iterate based on data
Excellent visual instincts
Self-directed and highly creative

We are not looking for someone to manage social media, schedule posts, or do downstream funnel analysis.We are looking for someone who understands why people stop scrolling.Someone who can transform a five-minute client interview with some visuals of “before” and “after” or clear indications of their gains into:

Someone who understands that one remarkable client story can become dozens of compelling advertisements.

We will want to see your qualifications and porfolio site and then final applicants will be asked to accept a challenge:The Challenge:

We'll provide a 5–10 minute client interview.Your challenge is to create:

5 different social media hooks
3 unique 30-second ad concepts
1 complete edited Reel (or rough cut)
2 image ad concepts
1 carousel concept

We're not looking for perfection.We're looking for how your mind works. Can you find the story that everyone else misses?

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
