Visiting Angels Central Ohio

Do you enjoy helping others and making a meaningful impact in your community? Visiting Angels Central Ohio is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one care to seniors in their homes.

Unlike facility-based care, our caregivers work one-on-one with clients in the comfort of their homes. You'll have the opportunity to build relationships, provide personalized care, and truly make a difference in someone's quality of life.

Pay & Schedule

Base pay $15 - $17/hr. an hour, based on your experience
Bonus hourly pay for weekend shifts, caring for couples, shorter shifts, and other shift types
Weekly pay every Friday via direct deposit
Full-time and part-time positions available
Consistent schedules and recurring clients
Daytime, evening, and weekend opportunities available

What You'll Do

As an In-Home Caregiver, you will assist seniors with activities of daily living while helping them maintain independence and dignity.

Responsibilities may include:

Personal care assistance
Bathing, dressing, and grooming
Mobility and transfer assistance
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping
Medication reminders
Companionship and social engagement
Transportation to appointments and errands
Dementia and Alzheimer's support

Our caregivers become trusted companions and an important part of our clients' support system.

Qualifications

Valid Ohio driver's license
Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
Ability to communicate effectively
Smartphone for scheduling and visit documentation
Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required

Experience as a caregiver, home health aide (HHA), STNA, CNA, DSP, or caring for a loved one is a plus.
