Full Job Description

Position Summary: Oversees all administrative duties for the assigned supervisor. Develops relationships both inside and outside of the company that promote TP Mechanical and represents the organization in a professional manner.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Handles all administrative tasks for the assigned supervisor/Project Manager.
Ensures all project paperwork is processed accurately and timely in accordance with company procedures.
Keeps an organized and updated electronic filing system. Keeps all items filed in an organized manner.
Develops and processes any needed reports for Project Managers and/or division heads.
Sets up and updates Operation and Maintenance Manuals as needed.
Ensures proper and timely job close-outs.
Notary a plus.
All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

Experience/Qualifications Required

Minimum 2 years prior Administrative Assistant experience preferably in a construction environment.

Job Skills:

Knowledge of Windows based software (Excel, Word, Power Point) and any e-mail system.
Good math ability.
Detail oriented.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to type a minimum of 40 WPM.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Some business or administrative courses helpful.
