What You'll Do

As Service Manager, you'll be responsible for leading all front-of-house operations while partnering with the General Manager and Kitchen Manager to deliver exceptional execution every shift.

You'll:

Lead every shift with energy, urgency, and professionalism
Coach and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, support staff, and supervisors
Build a culture centered on hospitality, accountability, teamwork, and fun
Ensure every guest receives an outstanding dining experience
Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
Hire, train, onboard, and retain exceptional team members
Conduct daily pre-shift meetings that inspire and educate
Drive beverage, food, and dessert sales through coaching and guest engagement
Monitor labor productivity while protecting the guest experience
Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and appearance
Enforce food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation standards
Help achieve sales, profitability, labor, and guest satisfaction goals
Work closely with the kitchen leadership to deliver seamless execution
Create future leaders by coaching and mentoring your team

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of restaurant management experience
High-volume full-service restaurant experience preferred
Strong knowledge of food, beverage, wine, and bar operations
Experience managing labor and restaurant financial performance
Strong hiring and interviewing skills
Excellent coaching and conflict resolution abilities
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
