***PAY IS DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE***

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Secretary/Bookkeeper to join our family. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in office administration and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly and supporting both leadership and field crews.

Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, maintaining office supplies, QuickBooks data entry , AP, AR, collections, reconciliation, billing, filing, typing letters as needed, create spreadsheets, and various other duties. Help keep up with the marketing and advertising along with being willing to be a part of the Chamber events

-Assist with day-to-day operations with multiple crew leads and their schedules
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain organized files and documents
- Utilize computer skills for data entry, scheduling, and creating spreadsheets
- Proofread documents for accuracy
- Support office management with various tasks
- Demonstrate professionalism and phone etiquette at all times

-Quickbooks data entry, Billing, AP, AR, Reconciliation and various other bookkeeping duties
- Write contracts as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office

-Support and assist office manager

Skills
- Proficient in computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office Suite or Google Documents, Google Sheets
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus
- Familiarity with file management systems is beneficial
-Familiarity with the Square terminal is a plus but not required
- Proficient writing skills are a must
