ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Required to perform set-ups and operate machines used in making tooling .These machines are used to manufacture tooling used in the manufacturing of aerospace fasteners.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Prior machining experience is recommended but not required.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Language: ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to verbally communicate effectively.
- Mathematical: ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Reasoning Ability: ability to apply common understanding to carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to read & interpret router instructions & specifications & the willing to learn.
- Properly use calipers, micrometers, and other gauge measuring tools.
- Basic knowledge of shop math.
- Performs inspection: visual and manual using the following – comparators & microscopes.
- Accurately enters data into computer program: Job Clock System.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
