POSITION SUMMARY:
The Portfolio Project Coordinator supports the Facilities Department by ensuring operational excellence,
regulatory compliance, and effective coordination across all properties. This role is responsible for managing
procurement, tracking preventative maintenance programs, and ensuring all certifications, inspections, and
compliance requirements are current and audit ready.
This position is expected to model DISH’s Values and Service Commitments in all interactions—

well-maintained environment for tenants, staff, and partners.

- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
- Pay Range: $29 - $31

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Procurement & Financial Stewardship
- Manage all facilities-related purchasing, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials,
equipment, and services
- Demonstrate mindful and prudent use of resources by evaluating vendor pricing, avoiding waste, and
aligning purchases with operational priorities
- Track purchase orders, invoices, and delivery timelines with accuracy and accountability
- Maintain professional vendor relationships that reflect DISH’s expectations for excellence and service
- Purchasing card administration and reconciliation for facility leadership
Preventative Maintenance & Compliance Oversight
- Track and ensure completion of preventative maintenance schedules across all
properties, maintaining focus on high-impact systems and risks Ensure all required inspections, certifications, and regulatory requirements are current, documented, and
audit-ready
- Apply a fair and consistent approach to compliance tracking across all sites
- Anticipate needs and proactively address gaps, demonstrating initiative and
innovation in maintaining building systems
- Support environments that are safe, clean, and functional aligning with DISH’s commitment to strive for
the best environment to live and work in
- Maintain and update project management software (AppFolio and Excel)
Project Coordination
- Support planning and execution of facility and capital improvement projects with attention to timelines,
scope, and budget
- Coordinate vendors, site staff, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and with
minimal disruption
- Maintain clear communication and manage expectations by under-promising and over-
delivering whenever possible
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements to enhance service delivery
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain accurate, organized records for maintenance, compliance, and project tracking
- Provide regular updates to the Portfolio Senior Project Manager and the portfolio meeting
- Attend bimonthly ops facilities meetings and contribute to solution-oriented discussions
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for facilities-related requests, demonstrating focus, responsiveness,
and accountability
- Provide support to the portfolio team by scheduling meetings, ordering food when needed, and tracking
attendance at monthly facility team meetings
- Serve as a liaison between project managers, stakeholders, and team members
- Serve as a liaison between admin team and facility ops to coordinate and support event-related needs

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required:
- 1– 3 years of experience in facilities coordination, property management, construction, or a related field
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Experience managing vendors, purchasing, and service contracts
- Working knowledge of preventative maintenance systems and compliance tracking (AppFolio, Sage and
Insperity are a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Sage, AppFolio)
Preferred:
- Experience in supportive housing or multi-site property environments
- Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire systems)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)

- Travel between DISH sites and/or the Central Office as needed

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- The coordinator will be located at the DSO in front of the janitorial supervisor.
- This location is close to the sites and will not be tenant facing.
