Position: Invoice/Data Entry Clerk

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter data from invoices and other financial documents into the company database
Ensure that all data entered is relevant and complete, with no errors or duplications
Maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency in data entry tasks
Manage the processing of invoices and reconcile any discrepancies in a timely manner
Communicate with suppliers and clients to resolve any invoicing issues
Keep track of all billing and payment transactions
Assist with other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as an Invoice/Data Entry Clerk or similar role
Excellent data entry skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Works well in a team environment
Prioritizes tasks effectively and manages time efficiently
