Elite Facials is an A-list spa that offers advanced skin care solutions, specializing in anti-aging treatments, skin tightening, body contouring and other non-surgical advanced facials.

Elite Facials started with the simple vision of providing high quality and affordable facials. We also have a large selection of high quality skin care line available for purchase at our spa.

We are looking for a front desk star to take on daily duties and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. But more importantly, customer service oriented.

We strive to make our clients look good and feel good about themselves, as well as feel welcomed and appreciated when in our offices. This wouldn't be possible without our amazing Front Desk Staff. If Beauty and Customer service are your passion, then this will be a great fit!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain a positive representation of the company by greeting guests with a warm and friendly welcome
Schedule and confirm appointments including cancelling and rescheduling appointments
Checking clients in and out of scheduling system
Update clients on the status of their appointment
Communicate effectively and efficiently to all inquiries over the phone, email, and in person
Ensure that all client issues are resolved efficiently and professionally
Maintain a strong relationship with management through regular communication and provide feedback from guests
Promote products and services

QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of anti-aging products/treatments and the skincare/beauty industry preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist/front desk/customer service role, preferably in a spa setting preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to build strong customer relationships
Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
Demonstrates ability to analyze and solve customer issues
Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be a self-starter and motivated to support the growth of the business
