Full Job Description

This is an advanced Customer Service position, dealing with all aspects of Wide Format, Signage, Kitting and Commercial Print. It requires specialized skills and experience. The Project Manager is responsible for managing job assignments from purchase order through manufacturing until ready for final billing

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the primary contact for established and new Enterprise Level customer relationships in coordination with Sales and Production.
Coordinate jobs from start to finish; prepare client estimate proposals, expedite jobs via electronic data collection.
Facilitate the proofing/approvals process on/offsite.
Procurement of outside goods and services.
Consult with internal staff regarding progress of jobs.
Know all assigned accounts thoroughly; establish and maintain organized and complete records for customer projects.
Maintain a detailed technical knowledge of Salem Corp’s capabilities and constantly increase knowledge base on the changes and advances within the Printing Industry.
Able to work independently, have good time management, planning/organization and decision-making skills.
Possess strong communication skills, maintaining flexibility, objectivity and a capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Work with external customers and vendors that require occasional travel.
Individual must be action oriented and self-motivated.
Candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills, problem solving abilities and a commitment to providing excellent customer service is required.
