Front Desk Agent

Fairfield Inn & Suites Ashtabula – Austinburg, OH

Shifts Available:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Are you friendly, dependable, and enjoy helping people? Looking for a position where no two days are exactly the same? Join our team and become part of a fast-paced hospitality environment where great guest service is our top priority.

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Front Desk Agents to join our team. The ideal candidate is positive, organized, comfortable with computers, and committed to providing exceptional service to every guest.

Reliable transportation is required.
Weekend and holiday availability are required as part of the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities Include:

Greeting guests and creating a welcoming first impression
Checking guests in and out efficiently and professionally
Answering phones and assisting with reservations
Responding to guest requests and resolving concerns
Completing daily reports, checklists, and front desk tasks
Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked Corner Market
Working closely with other departments to ensure an outstanding guest experience

We're Looking for Team Members Who Are:

✅ Comfortable using computers and technology
✅ Able to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Receptive to feedback and able to handle constructive criticism professionally

Hospitality experience is helpful but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.

Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Applicants must be available to work either 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM) or 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM), including weekends and holidays as business demands require.
