Agile Income Tax LLC is a growing tax firm located in Montgomery, Texas, serving individuals, families, entrepreneurs, closely held businesses, and international clients. We provide far more than traditional tax preparation. Our practice includes proactive tax planning, IRS representation, international tax matters, foreign-owned U.S. businesses, ITIN applications, FIRPTA transactions, cross-border tax issues, and complex entity structures. We focus on building long-term client relationships and delivering practical, responsive tax advice.
We're serious about serving our clients—but we don't take ourselves too seriously. We work hard, hold ourselves to high professional standards, and genuinely enjoy what we do. Our team is collaborative, supportive, and always willing to jump in to help one another. We enjoy solving challenging tax issues, learning from each other, celebrating successes, and occasionally debating obscure sections of the Internal Revenue Code over lunch.
No two days look exactly the same. One day you may be helping a local business owner with tax planning, the next assisting a foreign investor with a U.S. reporting requirement, responding to an IRS notice, or researching a complex tax issue. If you're looking for a highly corporate environment, we probably aren't the right fit. If you enjoy interesting tax work, smart coworkers, and a team that likes to laugh while delivering exceptional client service, you'll fit right in.

- Reviewing tax returns, workpapers, and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and technical quality
- Researching complex tax issues and communicating practical solutions to clients and staff
- Assisting with IRS notices, tax projections, estimated tax payments, and year-end planning
- Helping improve workflow, review procedures, client service standards, and internal tax processes
- Working directly with firm leadership on strategic initiatives and the continued growth of the firm
