LICENSED ESTHETICIAN & LASER TECHNICIAN
Part-Time with Opportunity to Grow into Full-Time | Spring/Tomball, Texas
Aesthetica Houston Med Spa is seeking a polished, highly energetic, and patient-focused Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician to join our team. We want someone who is passionate about aesthetics and genuinely enjoys helping patients look and feel their best while building their confidence. The ideal candidate is outgoing, motivated, and skilled at creating personalized treatment plans. This person should be comfortable educating patients, recommending appropriate services and skincare, and building long-term relationships - always in a warm, genuine manner. Laser hair removal experience and current laser credentials are required; experience with additional laser and energy-based treatments is strongly preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-
Perform safe, effective, and customized esthetic and laser treatments.
Provide laser hair removal on a variety of treatment areas and appropriate skin types.
Perform additional laser and energy-based treatments within training and credentials.
Conduct thorough consultations and create personalized treatment plans.
Educate patients about benefits, expectations, aftercare, and treatment recommendations.
Recommend appropriate services, treatment packages, and professional skincare products.
Build relationships that encourage patient retention, rebooking, referrals, and long-term care.
Maintain accurate documentation, high-quality before-and-after photos, treatment readiness.
Follow all safety protocols, treatment guidelines, and standards of care.
Assist with Front and Back-office duties along with social media content creation
Support practice growth while maintaining a patient-first approach in every interaction.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS-
Active Texas Esthetician license in good standing.
Current laser hair removal credential or certification required for the services performed.
Hands-on laser hair removal experience and strong knowledge of safety, contraindications,
settings, and aftercare.
Excellent consultation, communication, documentation, and patient-education skills.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE-
Experience with IPL or photofacials, skin resurfacing, skin tightening, radiofrequency, or similar technologies is preferred. Med Spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, professional skincare, package-building, and patient-retention experience are also highly valued.
