Full Job Description

Job Summary

Rimol Greenhouse Systems is a manufacturing and distribution company located in Hooksett, NH. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing and AP Coordinator to join our finance team.

In this role, you will support the company's purchasing and accounts payable functions, including processing purchase orders, posting invoices, processing vendor payments, and maintaining accurate purchasing and vendor records. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure orders are processed accurately, invoices are paid timely, and product availability and lead times are communicated effectively.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience with accounting or financial software. The ability to communicate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and work collaboratively with others is essential.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization committed to excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

This is an in-office position, four to five days per week, with flexibility in scheduling within our regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

· Issue, track, and monitor stock purchase orders.

· Receive and process purchase orders and accounts payable invoices.

· Post invoices and prepare and process vendor payments.

· Communicate with vendors regarding orders, product availability, lead times, and quality issues.

· Work with internal teams and vendors to research and resolve invoice discrepancies.

· Coordinate with various departments to help ensure the purchasing and ordering process runs smoothly.

· Maintain accurate purchasing, invoice, and vendor records.

· Provide general office support, including answering phones and purchasing office and factory supplies.

· Perform other administrative and accounting-related duties as needed.

Requirements

· Dependable, positive, team-oriented, and willing to learn.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Working knowledge of accounting principles and processes.

· Experience with accounting or financial software preferred.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.

· Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

· Strong data entry and computer skills

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
