Full Job Description

Bookkeeper

Pay: $21.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: On-Site
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Opportunity
We are hiring a full-time Bookkeeper for an in-office position. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing invoices, financial records, spreadsheets, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Review and process weekly invoices
Enter invoices and financial information into the CRM or database
Verify invoice accuracy and research discrepancies
Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records
Assist with account reconciliation and basic financial reporting
Track vendor payments and supporting documentation
Complete data entry accurately and on time
Maintain spreadsheets and internal databases
Monitor shared email inboxes and respond professionally
Work with internal departments to resolve billing issues
Assist with additional bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements
Required

One to three years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience
Previous invoice processing experience
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with Gmail and Google Workspace
Strong data entry and recordkeeping skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to research and resolve discrepancies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and dependable attitude

Preferred - Not Required

Accounts payable or accounts receivable experience
Experience with bookkeeping or accounting software
CRM or database experience
Reconciliation experience
