The iconic Fox Theatre is seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Food & Beverage to lead and elevate our hospitality, culinary, and merchandising operations.
In this high-impact leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of our food and beverage programs, from high-volume theatre concessions to premium Marquee Club experiences and private events, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the highest standards of service, quality, and innovation. You will also play a key role in expanding our merchandise and retail offerings, driving revenue growth and enhancing the overall guest experience.
- Champion world-class hospitality standards across all F&B and retail operations

Oversee theatre concessions, Marquee Club beverage service, culinary operations, and private events

Ensure seamless service delivery in both high-volume and premium environments
- Manage all aspects of F&B operations including staffing, purchasing, inventory, POS systems, and logistics

Optimize speed of service, product quality, and operational efficiency

Maintain strong systems for inventory, storage, and equipment management
- Maximize profitability across food, beverage, and merchandise programs

Develop and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics

Implement controls for cash handling, payroll, and inventory management
- Hire, train, coach, and inspire a diverse hospitality team

Build a culture focused on accountability, engagement, and service excellence

Oversee multiple departments including concessions, culinary, private events, and merchandising
- Lead development of venue-specific retail and merchandise offerings

Expand in-venue and off-site retail opportunities and partnerships

Negotiate agreements with production and retail partners and manage gift shop operations
- Maintain compliance with all food safety, alcohol service, and labor regulations

Uphold best practices in sanitation, safety, and operational procedures

Safeguard assets including inventory, equipment, and facilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field

7+ years of progressive leadership experience in food & beverage or hospitality
-
Experience in large-scale, high-volume or entertainment-driven environments preferred

Background in revenue generation, budgeting, inventory management, and operational strategy
- Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams

Strong hospitality mindset with a focus on guest experience

Expertise in F&B operations, logistics, and service delivery across multiple formats

Skilled in POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
- Experience in premium/VIP hospitality services

Exposure to merchandising or retail program management

Experience in live entertainment or venue-based operations
- Primarily on-site role within a dynamic theatre environment

Requires frequent movement throughout the venue, including multiple floors

Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required

Fast-paced setting with high levels of activity and guest interaction
Essential Physical Requirements

Must be able to work extended shifts of 10 hours or more as business dictates, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed;
