Job Summary

Join our team as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Dishwasher, where your energy and dedication will help create exceptional dining experiences. Whether you're preparing fresh ingredients, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, or supporting our culinary operations, your contribution will be vital to delivering top-quality meals and outstanding service. Paid positions available for all levels of experience, with opportunities to grow and refine your culinary expertise.

Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and assist in food production to ensure timely meal service
Follow recipes precisely to maintain consistency and quality across all dishes
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, ovens, poachers, braising pans, and food prep stations
Maintain cleanliness by adhering to food safety sanitizing procedures and proper dishwashing protocols
Support menu planning efforts by preparing components for daily specials or special events
Assist with food handling and portioning to meet dietary guidelines and customer specifications
Ensure compliance with food safety management standards and proper food handling practices at all times

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or catering environments preferred but not required; dietary aide or dietary department experience is a plus
Knowledge of food preparation techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and meal assembly
Strong knife skills and familiarity with operating various kitchen equipment safely
Ability to work efficiently in high-volume production settings while maintaining attention to detail
Understanding of food safety protocols, sanitizing procedures, and proper food handling practices
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards serving customers and supporting colleagues
Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
