Job Summary

Join our dynamic integrated healthcare team as a Chiropractic Office Assistant, Therapy Technician, and Marketing Assistant! In this multifaceted role, you will be the heartbeat of our clinic, providing exceptional patient care, supporting therapeutic procedures, and helping to promote our services to the community. Your enthusiasm and dedication will ensure a smooth clinic operation, foster positive patient experiences, and contribute to the growth of our practice. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across clinical support, patient interaction, and marketing initiatives within a vibrant healthcare environment. There will be a bonus plan after 60 days.

Duties

Greet patients warmly, assist with intake procedures, and ensure accurate documentation of patient information
Support chiropractic treatments and physiotherapy sessions by preparing treatment rooms and assisting with manual handling and patient transfer methods
Maintain patient confidentiality while managing sensitive health information in compliance with privacy regulations
Assist with patient flow and supporting the doctor and clinical team
Answering phones, scheduling appointments, confirming visits, and helping with basic front desk duties
Helping with internal marketing, patient communication, and reactivation campaigns
Helping set patients up on therapies and treatment
Posting basic content on social media and helping maintain an active online presence
Building relationships with local businesses in the community, assisting with event, promtions, and outreach efforts as needed

Skills

Strong communication skills
Comfortable using a computer, phone, emails and basic social media
Organized, dependable, and able to follow systems
Willing to be cross-trained and help wherever needed
Professional in appearance and communication
Able to work independently but also function well as a part of a team
Prior chiropractic, medical office, therapy tech, sales, customer service, or marketing experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person
