Build a Career in a Skilled Trade

Integrity Pool & Spa is hiring a dependable, mechanically inclined Pool Repair Technician to join our growing team.

This position focuses primarily on diagnosing, repairing, and installing pool equipment—not performing a weekly pool-cleaning route. You will work alongside experienced technicians while learning how to troubleshoot pumps, filters, heaters, plumbing systems, salt systems, and other pool equipment.

Direct pool-repair experience is preferred, but it is not required. We are willing to train someone with strong mechanical ability, a dependable work ethic, and a genuine interest in developing technical skills.

Integrity Pool & Spa provides pool maintenance, equipment repair, leak detection, liner replacement, and renovation services throughout the Memphis metro area.

What You’ll Do

Assist with diagnosing and repairing pool pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, plumbing, and related equipment.
Complete equipment installations and replacements under the direction of an experienced technician.
Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and correctly.
Inspect pool systems and help identify the source of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or water-flow problems.
Accurately document completed work, findings, and recommended next steps through our service app.
Communicate professionally with customers and explain work in clear, respectful language.
Protect customers’ homes, gates, yards, pets, and personal property while working on-site.
Keep tools, equipment, supplies, and the company vehicle clean and organized.
Follow company procedures and all chemical, equipment, and job-site safety requirements.
Assist with other pool-related work when business needs or seasonal demand require it.

What We’re Looking ForRequired

A valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Mechanical aptitude and an interest in understanding how equipment works.
Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and follow established procedures.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Professional communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to work independently after training while remaining accountable to the team.
Ability to use a smartphone and mobile service app to document work.
Ability to safely use basic hand tools and power tools.
Ability to perform physical work, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, and carrying equipment.
Ability to work outdoors in Memphis heat, cold, rain, and other changing weather conditions.

Preferred, but Not Required

Previous pool-service or pool-equipment repair experience.
Experience in plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, automotive repair, construction, landscaping, maintenance, or another mechanical trade.
Familiarity with pumps, motors, filters, heaters, plumbing systems, or water chemistry.
Experience diagnosing mechanical problems or completing equipment installations.

Pay, Schedule, and Benefits

Starting pay of $18–$19 per hour, based on relevant experience and demonstrated ability.
Consistent, full-time schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
40-hour workweek.
One week of paid time off.
Performance-based bonus opportunities.

Company vehicle provided for work use after training is successfully completed.
Opportunities to develop valuable repair and diagnostic skills and take on greater responsibility as experience grows.

Pool work is seasonal. Spring and summer are typically busier, so occasional overtime may be available during peak periods. Regular overtime and Saturday work are not required.

What to Expect

This is a hands-on, outdoor position—not a desk job. Successful technicians are comfortable working in changing weather, getting dirty, solving unfamiliar problems, and performing whatever reasonable task is needed to complete the job correctly.

You will not be expected to know everything on your first day. You will be expected to arrive on time, pay attention, ask good questions, take care of company and customer property, and steadily become more capable and independent.
