Position Overview:

We’re looking for individuals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate high-volume account recovery in a professional and compliant manner. This position is critical to maintaining the integrity of our consumer relationships and achieving company-wide performance benchmarks.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in third-party or consumer collections
Associate’s degree preferred, but not required
Working knowledge of FDCPA and related regulations
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work independently and hit daily performance targets

Office Expectations – Goal-Oriented Culture:
