Full Job Description

Looking for a VIP Corporate Travel Agent to join a world-class travel agency with well-established brands in their portfolio. The company has been a leader in the travel industry for over 25 years, providing best-in-class service while representing iconic luxury brands. We are looking for a self-starter who has managed high-net-worth clients previously and understands what they are looking for.

Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of Amadeus knowledge and proficiency
3+ years of experience in the travel industry, with experience working with VIP clientele
Expert knowledge of corporate pricing and client discounts
Knowledge of ticketing transactions preferred
Proficient with international itineraries and rate structures
Knowledge of online booking tools (Concur preferred)
Experience managing and communicating with premium business travelers
Conscientious, flexible, and detail-oriented
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and take initiative to support clients and the team
Strong interpersonal skills with internal teams and external stakeholders
Highly solution-oriented with a strong ability to build client relationships
Willingness to learn, grow, and evolve with the team
Highly reliable with a strong focus on assisting clients and completing requests

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of luxury corporate clients with a proactive, professional, and self-starting approach
Curate professional, accurate, and cost-effective travel arrangements within each client's corporate guidelines and standards of excellence
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment; experience in fashion is a plus
Complete travel arrangements for air, hotel, car rentals, trains, tours, and ground transportation at the lowest possible price within corporate travel guidelines
Collect relevant data required for financial reporting
Follow company procedures and suggest improvements in areas including customer service, PNR and profile documentation, ticketing, invoicing, attendance, and accuracy of work
Maintain ownership of each record until departure, ensuring all details—including seat assignments, meal preferences, upgrades, and other special requests—are completed to the client's satisfaction
Research and provide solutions to any travel-related problems clients may experience
Stay fully informed on airline rules and regulations, tariffs, and fare requirements, and accurately apply this knowledge to all travel arrangements
Stay current with training, technology, trends, and industry knowledge, including Sabre
Maintain knowledge and understanding of re-routing and exchange processes
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and enjoy working with senior-level VIP clients
Passion for the fashion industry is a bonus
Ensure productivity targets are achieved and accounts remain in growth mode

The Package

$65,000-$75,000 annual base salary
Full benefits: health, dental, and vision
15 vacation days
All technology provided
Fully remote

Shifts

Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST

No on-call hours and no weekends.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
