Build a sales team. Get paid on every install your team produces.

TruCore Global is an authorized sales partner for Frontier internet and voice service. We're expanding our [CITY] territory and looking for experienced field sales people who are ready to stop being a rep and start running a crew.

This is not an entry-level role. It's for someone who has personally closed in field sales and now wants the override.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

Recruit, onboard, and train a team of 1099 field sales agents in your territory
Sell personally — team leads produce, they don't just supervise
Run daily huddles, ride-alongs, and field coaching
Own your team's numbers: activity, close rate, install rate, retention
Make sure every agent on your crew follows our compliance standards without exception

HOW YOU GET PAID

[X]–[X]–[Y] per personal Frontier install, paid [weekly/bi-weekly] by direct deposit
[Z]% override on every Frontier install your team produces — this is the real upside, and it compounds as your crew grows
$[____] bonus when your team hits [____] installs in a month
No cap on the override. No territory you have to buy. No cost to you to join.

We also enroll qualified households in the federal Lifeline program. Lifeline is how you get in the door — it's a real benefit for real families, and it opens conversations that lead to Frontier sales. Because of FCC rules, Lifeline enrollment work is paid separately at $[__]/hour and is never commission- or override-based. Your commission and override income comes from Frontier sales. We're upfront about this because a lot of programs aren't.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

Paid training and full certification
Leads and pre-set table/event locations in your territory
Branded materials, tablets, and enrollment tools
A direct line to management — you'll never be stuck waiting on an answer
Ongoing support building and scaling your team

WHAT YOU NEED

2+ years in field sales, D2D, telecom, solar, insurance, or a comparable commission role
Some experience leading, training, or mentoring other reps (formal title not required)
Reliable transportation and a smartphone
Willing to pass a background check
Willing to register with your own federal enrollment ID through USAC — real identity information required, and IDs are never shared between reps
18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

YOU'LL DO WELL HERE IF YOU CAME FROM

Frontier / Spectrum / AT&T / Xfinity D2D · ACP or Lifeline enrollment · residential solar · alarm or pest D2D · Medicare or ACA field sales · wireless retail or dealer stores

If you ran an ACP crew before the program ended, we should talk. You already know this work.

STRAIGHT TALK

This is 1099 commission work. Your first 30 days are a build phase — you're recruiting and training while you sell, and your override won't be meaningful until your crew is producing. People who treat this like a job with a floor under it don't last. People who treat it like a business they own do very well.

We pay on time, every time. We don't charge you for anything. We don't ask you to buy inventory. If any of that changes, you'd be right to walk.
