Telemarketing Appointment Setter / Inside Sales Representative

Kensington Marketing Group (KMG) – Anaheim, CA

Kensington Marketing Group is hiring motivated, competitive, high-functioning communicators to join our Anaheim marketing team.

This is not a low-level “script reader” call center position. We are building a high-performance environment for people who want to compete, grow, earn strong money, and develop real sales skills.

What You’ll Do

As an Inside Marketing Representative, you’ll speak with homeowners who have already shown interest in home improvement services and set qualified appointments for our outside sales teams.

You’ll work through our Convoso dialing platform using warm outbound campaigns — not random cold calling.

Your responsibilities:

Build rapport quickly
Control conversations confidently
Create excitement and urgency
Set quality appointments
Produce consistently in a team-driven environment

Hourly Pay + Aggressive Bonus Structure
