With accolades like the prestigious DiRona recognition and Wine Spectator Award of Excellence, we pride ourselves on setting dining trends and delivering excellence in every dish.

What You'll Do

As a Sous Chef at The Heights Restaurant, you'll play a key role in maintaining our reputation for culinary excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting the Executive Chef in planning and preparing our innovative menu.
Overseeing kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
Training and mentoring kitchen staff to maintain high standards.
Managing inventory and ensuring proper food storage and safety practices.
Collaborating with the team to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef who brings:

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a high-quality restaurant.
A passion for culinary creativity and a strong attention to detail.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire your team.
A commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere.
