My client, a Critical Access Hospital in Eastern Oregon is seeking a Permanent Director of Quality, Risk Management, & Patient Safety to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field, experience in successfully leading a Quality or Risk Management Department with quantified performance improvement, and Certification in Risk Management (CPHRM), Quality (CPHQ), or Patient Safety (CPPS) within 18 months of job acceptance. The selected candidate will be rewarded with a generous base salary, relocation assistance, and benefits package. If you like living close to the mountains, you will like this community. Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field required
