Job Summary
SR1 Performance USA is looking for a talented Freelance Videographer & Content Creator to help bring our automotive products and brand to life through high-quality video content.
We specialize in accessories for Jeeps, trucks, off-road vehicles, and sports cars, with a heavy emphasis on the off-road and adventure lifestyle. We’re looking for someone who can do more than simply film products—we want someone who can capture the experience around them.
Think Jeeps on the trail, trucks at camp, rooftop gear being put to use, muddy tires, desert roads, mountain trips, product installs, sports cars on the road, and detailed product close-ups.
You’ll create a mix of polished lifestyle content, product demonstrations, installation videos, social media content, and advertising assets for use across our website, Amazon, social media, and digital marketing.
We’re looking for someone with a strong creative eye who understands how to make automotive content feel premium, rugged, exciting, and authentic.
What You’ll Be Creating
- High-quality lifestyle videos featuring Jeeps, trucks, off-road vehicles, and sports cars
- Off-road and adventure content including trail runs, camping trips, overlanding, and outdoor product use
- Product demonstration and feature videos
- Installation and how-to videos
- Short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and advertising
- Cinematic brand videos and product launches
- Detail shots highlighting materials, construction, features, and functionality
- Website, Amazon, and e-commerce video assets
- Raw footage and photography that can be repurposed across marketing channels
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute automotive and outdoor video shoots based on creative briefs and product objectives
- Film vehicles and products both stationary and in motion
- Capture products being used in realistic environments—not just staged studio settings
- Scout or recommend locations appropriate for off-road, camping, outdoor, and automotive shoots
- Set up and operate professional cameras, lenses, stabilization equipment, lighting, microphones, and other production equipment
- Edit footage into polished long-form and short-form content
- Perform color correction, sound design, music selection, and basic motion graphics as needed
- Create multiple edits and aspect ratios from shoots for social media, advertising, Amazon, and web use
- Work closely with the SR1 team to understand each product's key selling points and translate them visually
- Maintain organized raw footage and project files for future use
What We’re Looking For
- Professional videography and editing experience with a strong portfolio
- Automotive, off-road, outdoor, action sports, or adventure filming experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of cinematic automotive videography, including moving vehicles and action shots
- Ability to make product-focused content visually exciting while clearly demonstrating functionality
- Experience shooting outdoors in changing lighting and environmental conditions
- Proficiency with professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and/or After Effects
- Experience with stabilization equipment such as gimbals and vehicle-mounted camera systems
- Drone experience is a major plus
- Photography experience is a plus
- Comfortable working independently and taking creative ownership of shoots
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for shoots
- Strong understanding of current automotive and social media content trends

Pay: $30.00 - $65.00 per hour
