ESTATE & TAX PLANNING ASSOCIATE

The Cincinnati, Ohio office of FBT Gibbons LLP is seeking an Estate & Tax Planning Associate.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in estate and tax planning, trust administration, and business succession planning
Strong background in gift and estate tax matters, including preparation of SLATs, IDGTs, ILITs, CRTs, GRATS, and other irrevocable trust planning tools
Direct client experience with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals in a Family Office setting
Speed, accuracy, and commitment to meeting clients’ objectives
Superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills, and a collaborative team mindset
Ohio licensure

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $180,000 to $195,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.

Associates are also eligible for:

Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level

Annual subjective bonus
