Job Description:

Loving Arms Hospice is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospice Marketer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing referral sources to increase patient admissions to our hospice services. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships within the healthcare community and a deep understanding of hospice eligibility criteria.

Responsibilities:

Identify and cultivate new referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare providers.
Maintain and strengthen existing referral sources to ensure continued patient admissions.
Educate healthcare professionals and the community about the benefits and scope of Loving Arms Hospice services.
Conduct presentations and informational sessions to potential referral partners.
Collaborate closely with the admissions team to ensure a smooth transition for new patients.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in hospice regulations.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve admission goals.
Represent Loving Arms Hospice at community events and professional gatherings.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in hospice marketing or a related healthcare sales role.
Must possess a current and established referral source network within the Atlanta area and surrounding communities.
Strong understanding of hospice philosophy, services, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse healthcare professionals.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Clinical background (e.g., RN, LPN) a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
