What You'll Do
As a Weekend Associate, you'll be cross-trained on both the bar and the kitchen — that's the whole job, not a bonus task. The best people here can build a perfect latte AND turn out a Southwest Bagel Sandwich without missing a beat.
- Pull shots, build drinks, and make food orders at a pace that would break most people
- Cross-train on every station .....espresso bar, food prep, drive-thru window, register
- Run the drive-thru window with speed, accuracy, and genuine hospitality
- Own the weekend rush — keep the line moving and the energy up
- Keep the shop spotless, stocked, and ready to roll at all times
- Open or close the store, handle cash, and manage the flow during rushes

- You show up. On time. Every weekend. Reliability is non-negotiable
- You take ownership. If something's broken, dirty, or out, you fix it without being told
- You're coachable. You take feedback, apply it, and get better every shift
- You're friendly without being fake. Regulars should feel like regulars
Requirements
- Available Friday, Saturday, AND Sunday, including early mornings
- Reliable transportation to get to work in Craig on time, every shift
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Food Handler card (or willing to get one)
- Coffee or food service experience is a plus, not a requirement .....we'll train the right person
What You Get
- $18.50-$30.50/hr with tips (after training)
- $13.50-$17/hr base pay
- Extra $1.50/hr weekend premium on top of your base (after training) — every shift you work qualifies
- Tips: additional $5-$12 per hour on average after training — weekends are our best tip days
- Minimum guarantee $15.50 per hour
