About the Company

Machine shop outside Saxonburg, PA, focused on building a powerhouse team and production system.

We are establishing ourselves as a go-to partner in large manufacturing supply chains.

We must maintain pace, high standards, and consistent focus.

About the Role

We’re looking for a CNC Machinist – a person who will be a vital member of our production team and who will ensure products conform to customer specifications.

What You’ll Do

Understand customer requirements and ensure they are met
Setup and run CNC mills and/or lathes
Monitor assigned machines and make necessary adjustments to continue producing high quality components
Inspect and ensure finished components meet or exceed internal and external requirements assuring the process has been completed properly
Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
Document actions by completing production and quality logs
Run multiple machines concurrently (multitasking is a standard expectation)

Qualifications / Requirements

Mechanical aptitude and strong math skills
Ability to maintain high standards while being time conscious
Eager to multitask
Experience operating CNC machines
Experience setting up CNC machines is preferred
Ability to program CNC machines is a plus
Strong understanding of GD&T and ability to work to tight tolerances
Experience with standard measuring equipment and manual CMMs
Verifiable work experience
