We are a veteran-owned small business dedicated to producing the highest quality tactical gear on the market, serving military personnel, law enforcement agencies, and industry professionals.

We are seeking an Experienced Sewing Operator to join our elite team. On-site job training is provided, but make no mistake—this role is not for the faint of heart. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where everyone is expected to pull their weight. If you thrive under pressure, can adapt, learn from mistakes, and refuse to settle for anything less than the best, you might just fit in here.

This role involves sewing a variety of durable materials using industrial sewing machines, such as the Juki DNU-1541S. Operators will work with nylon scuba webbing, elastic, and leather, often sewing through multiple layers and varying material thicknesses. The position requires precise stitch control, proper tension adjustment, and accurate machine setup to ensure consistent quality, strength, and durability in finished products.

Job Requirements:

- Ability to excel in a team-oriented, fast-pace environment.

- Sewing experience.

- Must accurately measure and cut materials.

-Strong willingness to learn and improve with every task.

- Consistently deliver high-quality craftsmanship.

- Self-motivated, with a relentless work ethic.

- Reliable transportation is required.
