Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Family Law Firm. In this vital role, you will support attorneys by managing legal documentation, assisting with litigation discovery, and ensuring compliance with procedural laws. Your expertise will help streamline legal processes, facilitate contract management, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our legal operations. Responsibilities

Assist in managing litigation discovery processes, including document collection, review, and organization to support ongoing cases.
Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence with precision and clarity.
Support contract management activities by reviewing, organizing, and maintaining contractual records in accordance with company policies.
Conduct procedural law research to ensure compliance with court rules and legal standards across various jurisdictions.
Collaborate with legal teams to coordinate case preparations, including scheduling meetings, tracking deadlines, and maintaining case files.
Provide administrative support by managing legal calendars, filing systems, and tracking case progress updates.
Assist in managing legal teams’ workflows to optimize efficiency and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Skills

Proven experience in managing legal teams or supporting multiple attorneys effectively.
Strong knowledge of procedural law and court processes relevant to litigation and legal proceedings.
Demonstrated contract management experience within legal services or corporate environments.
Skilled in litigation discovery assistance, including document review and data organization.
Excellent legal writing abilities for drafting clear, concise documents and correspondence.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and liaise with external partners.
