Cabin Builder – Factory Built Cabins - Looking for several trade skills for our expanding shop - In need of a Welder/ Framer / Trim Carpenter or HVAC Tech to join our growing team. NEED AT LEAST FOUR YEARS EXPERIENCE IN EITHER WELDING, TRIM CARPENTRY, FRAMING or HVAC Installation - we install Mini-splits. Pay is dependent on skill level.

We will not consider applicants without experience in these fields.

WEEKLY OVERTIME AVAILABLE

We are looking for team members that have a eye for detail, as we build custom cabins with high-end finishes for clients. Team members that can show up to work on time, and understand that no-call, no-shows for work is not acceptable.

Location: Joshua, Texas
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 5::00 PM, Friday 6:am -3pm, Saturday work available 6:AM - 11:00 AM

About the Role:

We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Cabin Building Team! This is a factory-based position, all work is completed at our facility, so there’s no travel from job site to job site.

You’ll help construct and assemble components for our high-quality, factory-built cabins. We cross-train all team members, so you’ll gain hands-on experience in every part of the cabin-building process, from framing to finishing. Finish out work has alot of staining, sanding and accurate details.

Responsibilities:

Construct and assemble cabin components using wood, metal, and other materials
Perform framing, trim carpentry, roofing, sanding, painting and finishing tasks as needed
We do have a need for an experienced welder
Also have a need for experience in mini-split installation
Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, saws, and measuring equipment safely and efficiently
Collaborate with other trades such as electricians, plumbers, and welders to ensure quality and timely completion
Follow construction plans and verbal instructions
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Participate in cross-training to develop skills across multiple areas of the build process

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years experience as a Builder, Trim Carpenter, Framer, Roofer, plumber, HVAC Install or in a related construction role. 4 Years of experience required.
Trim Carpentry, Framing, Welding or HVAC experience desired
Familiarity with power tools, saws, and basic construction methods
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Ability to climb on a ladder when needed
Good communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of safety protocols and shop safety
