About the Role:

As a Housekeeping Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department. This includes managing a team of housekeeping staff, coordinating cleaning schedules, and ensuring that all areas of the facility are clean and maintained to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for ordering supplies, budgeting, and implementing quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent performance
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain a clean and comfortable environment
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify areas for improvement
Order and manage supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources
Develop and manage budgets for the housekeeping department
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care
Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure consistent quality of service

Requirements:

0 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field
High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality, Healthcare, or related field preferred
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
