What You'll Do

As the Business Office Manager, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our community by:

Overseeing the daily operations of the business office
Managing payroll, associate timekeeping, personnel records, and HR administrative functions
Assisting with recruiting, onboarding, orientation, and employee training
Supporting the Executive Director with community operations and serving as Manager on Duty when needed
Processing resident billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank deposits, and account reconciliations
Maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with budgeting and financial reporting
Conducting community tours and supporting occupancy and marketing initiatives
Serving as a resource for residents, families, associates, and visitors while providing outstanding customer service
Supervising Concierge team members and assisting with scheduling, coaching, and performance management
Helping ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Building positive relationships with residents, families, vendors, and team members
Performing additional duties as assigned to support the success of the community

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Hospitality, Accounting, or a related field required (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum of three (3) years of management experience in business office administration, accounting, bookkeeping, office management, or a related field
Senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or property management experience is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of payroll, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and financial processes
Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Experience supervising and developing team members preferred
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and business software systems

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach overhead, climb stairs, lift office materials as needed, and perform repetitive hand movements throughout the workday.
