Sales & Office Support Assistant (Full-Time)

Location: In-Office
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $14/hour + bonus opportunities

About the Role

We are a small, playground equipment office looking for a dependable full-time Sales & Office Support Assistant. This role focuses primarily on outbound phone calls to child care centers to generate leads and sales, along with basic office organization and administrative support.

This position is best for someone who is comfortable being on the phone most of the day, can stay focused on repetitive tasks, and is motivated by steady pay and bonus opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities

Outbound Calling & Sales Support

Make consistent outbound calls to child care centers and related organizations
Introduce our playground equipment and services
Generate interest, qualify leads, and help schedule appointments
Pass warm leads to management
Maintain accurate and detailed call logs

Office & Administrative Support

Organize maps, call lists, schedules, and itineraries
Keep customer records and notes up to date
Assist with light data entry and documentation
Provide general office support as needed

What We’re Looking For

Comfortable spending most of the workday on the phone
Reliable, punctual, and consistent
Able to stay focused and productive without constant supervision
Professional, calm, and positive when handling rejection
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, tracking logs)

Sales or office experience is helpful but not required — training is provided.
