Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be a trusted resource for our customers, providing knowledgeable support, building lasting relationships, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

What You'll Do

Deliver outstanding service to customers by phone, email, text, and in person.

Have outbound call goals like that of a telemarketer.
Answer questions about policies, billing, claims, and coverage while providing clear, accurate information.
Process policy changes and assist customers with their insurance needs.
Proactively identify opportunities to help customers better protect their families, homes, vehicles, and businesses.
Follow up on customer requests and ensure every issue is resolved promptly.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Confidence using computers and learning new technology.

Previous customer service experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person.
